Individualized program based on biomechanical and postural assessments. You can expect each session to contain a fusion of assisted stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and exercise.
The ELDOA for Golf workshops are designed to help golfers improve in areas such as hip turn, thoracic mobility, and dissociation. By improving the awareness of the body, stability, and mobility through these workshops, golfers can expect to address faulty movement patterns that commonly contribute to swing faults as identified by golf professionals.
